Default Where do Canadians buy their basketball cards Online?

*I am asking specifically for sealed products

Hello!
Other than our weaker dollar, I feel like everywhere I look the prices are way higher than they should be. I only have one Walmart in my area, and one LCS that specializes in hockey... So I am trying to gather a list of Canadian online stores I can purchase cards from.

So far I have
  • Canada Card World
  • Zypher Epic
  • 401 games
  • Hobbies Ville
  • Panini - Adding them because it's right from the source

I see on Kijiji and FB Marketplace scalpers are selling Blaster boxes as well which allows room for bartering.

Any other Canadian stores I am missing?

Cloutsnchara sells a lot of wax in Canada, though they are very hockey-centric and I’m not sure how much they carry of the other sports.

Is buying from various US suppliers, shipping to SMC then home to you not an option?

Dolly's in Toronto was great before, but can contact them directly to see if they have any basketball supply coming up?

I think shipping to Canada is expensive. Like double what it is in the U.S. but don't quote me on that.

Not sure about SMC or using other various global shipping companies.

Side note: I've read that shipping to Australia is even worse, insanely expensive. Though not related to the OP.

I’ve been to a very nice LCS in Windsor and they had everything. I admit it was just before Covid struck but the shop had customers constantly visiting / buying while I was searching boxes. I’m sure it’s still there but I’m not sure if the name of the shop.

Here is the dealer list from Canada’s largest sports collectibles show - some of them may have what you're looking for: https://sportcardexpotoronto.com/dealers/

Adding to the list...

Breakaway Sports Cards is one (https://breakawaysc.com/)

Rednails2 is another (https://www.rednails2.com/)

I personally have never ordered from Rednails2, but know they've been around for some time.

It's not that bad really, considering the super inflated prices all traders offer product for in Australia. I've generally found that the saving of buying one low end hobby box from the US compared to AU easily covers the entire SMC shipping cost for a box packed with goodies

If you collect cards in Canada you need to look into mailbox services. The price of handling, reshipping and import tax is cheaper then buying here.

100% this. And then buy from Blowout and others.
