Not sure what the protocol on here is but I have all of his info. from a prior purchase. Sounds like this has risen to a criminal level if he defrauded multiple people.

Unfortunately I made the mistake of paying him via Friends and Family so I’m expecting some pushback on PayPal’s behalf trying to recoup the money. He did two small deals over the summer that went well. Then this one was clearly a scam in retrospect. Claimed he kept “finding” more and more buyback cards. Could never provide valid tracking and now he stopped answering emails.

Very unfortunate that this happened. I’m relatively new to this forum and now I’m rethinking using it to make purchases or trade. Clearly my mistake for trusting this guy. I thought given the fact that he knows that I have his name and address from previous purchases he would be honest but apparently not if he scammed multiple people.

If anyone that was scammed needs his info. for legitimate purposes to file a claim, lawsuit, police report, etc. feel free to PM me (so long as the moderators here don’t have a problem with it).

Yikes, sounds like it was good our deal fell through. I had agreed on a trout auto and he refunded thinking it was supposed to be a higher amount, and pretty much deal fell through. Seems like a good miss.

I may as well add my name to the list. I paid G+S and am expecting to get my money back from PayPal. My deal was only $85 but it's something. I agree on filing charges against this scumbag.

If anyone takes this to the full extent it should so everyone else can add their info onto a police report please contact me. Once I get a few additional pieces of information from you, I'll provide what I likely have - which should help any potential prosecution.

I made a deal with him to buy some Bowman chrome singles and he kept refunding my money and said there must be a problem with my Paypal account. At least I didn't lose any money. I contacted Paypal and they said he was refundin it.
