Back in the day, this would release during preseason. Design is pretty cool. Still a poor man's Topps flagship as always, but a doable substitute.

Also cool that we're back to Rookie Premiere photos. Had two awesome draft classes' cards ruined with COVID photoshops while this terrible class gets the superstar treatment.

Feel like this is one where the design in the base set looks rough, but feel like it's really going to pop when Optic comes out. Just feels like the design lends itself more to a chromium finish.

This. I know certain people have a vested interest in all of these prices remaining high - but the average value, largely is JUST NOT THERE.

I have been scooping up vintage PC needs because I don't care about 99% of modern cards at these prices.

I laughed when I opened the thread, because i think this design is that awful.

When a pack of cigarettes went from $2.50 to $5.00 (thanks to taxes and lawsuits against big tobacco). Some people quit, but those that didn't paid up to make up the difference. When it went from $5 to $10, the same thing happened. Now its over $10 in most places, and yet the addicts keep smoking.

Same thing with cards.
