2022 Topps Chrome 4 boxes cancelled on Ebay

So I get the message below from a guy that I bought 4 boxes of 2022 topps chrome for a very low price.

I ask him about the Silver Packs and then he gets all defensive, calls me a jerk and cancels my order.

He made a bad business decision and that apparently is somehow my fault.

IMO if you're not buying from Topps, an LCS or one of the "big guys" (Like BO, etc.) you shouldn't really expect to get the silver packs.

In this case though, the seller should have probably still honored the sale of the box per listing w/o the Silver Pack

In this instance be glad the seller cancelled where you are already crying about not getting the silver packs anyway.

Seller saved himself and you a headache - even though you thought you got a steal.

Not sure where I was crying about not getting the silver packs...I asked a legit question concerning if they would be sent...that seems like a reasonable question to ask the seller given I bought them before topps made their announcement.

The note the seller is referring to is stating that the RC SP cards weren't in these boxes.

I wanted that information so I could have all the information should I want to send the boxes back in the seller original message.

The seller messaged me first. I never asked about the Silver Packs until I got the message from the seller

How was he upfront...the purchase was made before Topps announced the silver pack deal. The note is related to the SP not being in the boxes itself...lmao

And that's fine if I do...it's whatever...my point of the whole thing was to point out what I thought to be kinda shady by a ebay seller. I mean imagine if BO did the same thing..would that be reasonable also??

Yes, you'll be able to get the boxes without packs for about $125-$150 soon - he saved you over $200.
