Good Ole Panini QC

Just got my Dual Signatures Instant card from the Hall of Fame package which I bought for $4,000.

I got this beauty numbered to /5 but of course there is a damn hair under the sticker where Poirier auto is.

Called Customer service and of course get the basic generic, sorry send it back and wait 8-10 weeks.

Last time I had a replacement it took them 2 years to get me out something.

I emailed CS as well as a few emails I found on here. Anyone have someone else they recommend i can talk to. I shouldn't have to wait another damn 8-10 weeks.

Maybe PSA will authenticate the hair and confirm that it's Dustin's. Although it's much more likely to belong to the guy putting the stickers on the cards.

Seriously though, that's terrible. Sticker autos for a club you paid $4k to get in to is bad enough, but this just makes it that much worse.

Panini's customer service doesn't seem to exist nor does anyone from Panini seem to respond to emails, good luck.
