Closing the books on collection

I am planning to close the book on my hockey card collection, predominantly auto patch cards and auto cards from the games past and semi-current top players. In all, about 180 cards. About 50% are Red Wings. There are all stored in sleeves in 9-card binder page. Most cards are in Excellent condition. Want to sell as ONE lot.

In order to sell, what would potential buyers want to see: An actual checklist of everything? Scans of the binder pages? What?

Scans of the lot is easy way maybe put numbered stuff written
