Yahoo League Setup Help

I'm trying to get a specific league setup and hope that some more experience Yahoo people can offer some help.

I'm trying to set up a league that is a H2H points league with rosters that lock on Monday (so no additional adds/drops), but I want you to be able to move your players between the bench and starting during the week. Is this as simple as changing "Allow Roster Changes" to "Weekly on Monday" in League Settings? I've played in leagues that locked rosters on Monday but they all had your entire starting lineup lock on Monday. You couldn't move players around to cover off days, pitchers starting, etc. Trying to avoid locking in a starting line up since it makes the week boring as hell. If anyone can help out I'd appreciate it!
