Default Eggs - are they Good or Bad for you?

Seems when people talk about eating eggs there are those that say they are bad and those that say they are good for you. Some will say nothing wrong with one egg per day and others say you can eat 5 eggs a day.

Do you eat eggs, how many and how often?

I’m sure there’s been studies done that show both sides have an argument. Just seems like there’s a lot back and forth on this.

So what do the blowout doctors have to say?

My wife could make breakfast for dinner Monday through Thursday and I’d be fine with it

Fills me up and way better than the alternatives (that I eat)

They are healthy for me… sliding scale

I eat eggs a few times a week since I've started my diet. Usually I make a omelette with vegetables or just boil them to add to a salad.

We buy 2 cartons a week. Most of the time it's either sunny side up cooked in bacon grease, an omelet filled with tons of cheese/shallots/olives/ham/green chile/cilantro, and Chorizo and eggs with Gallacian chorizo not the mush.

If you have an instant pot I can confirm that the famous 5/5/5 min method is fail proof for perfect boiled eggs.
