Any success correcting online BGS info? Advice how to?

As the title states...
Anyone have any success getting BGS to fix online graded data for a card or how their repository reports a card?
Suggestions/advice appreciated.
My story-
Since early June I've been trying to get BGS to correct info on a 4 graded cards I have.
I have a couple that pull back accurate info on their grades but when I add them to my "repository" they have issues. One has no description and thus a cannot be added to a master set of a player. Another has an accurate card description but grade is a 0.0 (again, checking manually grade is correct).
I have another card with overall and subgrades listed as 0.0 but actual grades are much higher.
Lastly I have a BVG card that looks to be a older BVG slab (possibly from around 2000). SN is pretty low and card grade is back when BVG did subgrades on back of flip. The SN pulls back "no record found" on BVG and BGS search.
I have emailed pics of slabs and got no response. Not looking to sell soon but whenever I do I'd like to NOT have to deal with any credibility issues from a buyer.
