Its basically Andrew Vaughn and Kelenic

And kelenic couldn't be worse. Now hitting below .100

Akil Baddoo is the big draw, you heard it here first. I will be buying singles on eBay, not worth getting boxes. Buy more singles for the prices of boxes/cases.

I want an audio card for Akil, where the home announcer calls his name in the 9th inning with a great “Bah-dooooo”. You know it’s coming.

Though he is a partial leader of the Tigers offense right now, he is still being platooned regularly and his OPS traces to great OBP a little more than SLG. He is seeming to be able to ‘make the adjustments’ though and I think he will start vs. lefties next year.

Nonetheless, I look forward to his cards though I won’t be surprised to see him in Archives, Big League, or Chrome, (or all 3) presuming Topps actually manages to get those out the door before the season ends.

The rest of Update, hmmm. I’ll buy a few packs, if I can. Not sure what will arrive first, those cards or a few snowflakes, where I live.

Agree again, but 2020 Update didn’t last on the shelves even long enough to take up space for Series One, like it did ever since the product launched.

Yeah good point...I've pulled so many of his Bowman cards I forgot he doesn't have a Topps RC yet...he's absolutely raking this year, one of the best leadoff men in the league IMHO.

And Tyler Stephenson is no slouch either.

Every LCS I go to still have 2020 Update on their shelf that they can't get rid off.

I bought a jumbo box late last year for $85. Box was so so but acceptable for the price.

I haven’t been keeping up on the PR increases lately. I’m guessing 2021 Update will be printed in quantities near a S1 release of like 4 years ago?
It would be cool if the was a sticky post somewhere with some charts n graphs.

I figure as much. If they could only put it back on big box store shelves, it would all be gone. Can’t say I have much sympathy for the FB Marketplace inventory.

In ten years, 2020 Update will have fans of the random quirkyness of it. Middle Relievers with football player names, a card for Skye Bolt, bunches of cards for player/team combos that never actually happened, random Hall of Famers on a hideous card design, the “#1 Prospects” that totally bombed - it will be a dirt cheap LOL rip eventually.
