I see one photo, that tells me very little about it's condition or authenticity.

If it seems like too good of a deal, it probably is. buy graded

Listing has like 10 photos. The card is real you can even tell that from the one photo in the screenshot. Check out the lettering in trouts name.

Something’s not right - betcha’ this didn’t end well for the buyer

If you know enough to describe the card and take all the pics, you know which site to sell it on ~ or not ( if you really plan to ship it / if it’s even real )

I remember seeing this. One of the corners was dinged pretty bad.

The seller doesn't get paid until the item is received and feedback is left.

So if it's not real, the buyer isn't out any money seeing how he or she can return it.

Crazy finds do happen. It wasn't nearly as crazy, but I've posted here before about finding a Trout RC at an antique mall a few years back, when it was just a $300-500 card, for 25 bucks, completely legit. Sometimes people just don't know what they have (or don't know how its value has changed over time), and in a case like this, even on a public site where maybe not that many people are looking for cards, it was probably the perfect storm of somewhat limited visibility plus others seeing the low amount and figuring it had to be a fake. I figured the one I found was when I first saw it behind glass, but was 100% legit. Congrats to the buyer!

Bought a Tatis 2019 Red TC auto last year for $200 just before his explosive run started. Two days later seller says “oh sorry forgot I had sent in for grading” and sent me a refund. When I asked about buying it after it graded never heard back from him.

I just looked at the pictures. There is significant damage on one of the corners on the back. They even mentioned that in the description. I don't know what it would grade, but it's not going to get a 9 or 10.

What website? I see a posting here of a picture of a card that has one photo. Even if the photos are of a real card does not mean that will be the card that gets shipped.
