I don't care for the fact that you can UP Grade your card if you want to at most 3 grades.. Obviously it would cost more to get it up to that 3rd grade. I don't know why you would want an 11 tho.

The highlight for me is the DTG designation.

LOL. This cost more to grade than the card is worth. It gets the Dumb to Grade distinction!
