I’m so sick of buying and selling on eBay, isn’t there else can we turn to? I’m not so much into basketball, but more MLB, NHL, NFL.

Just happened to see this and thought I’d ask here. I’m not a big social media guy, so I know I’m missing out there, but otherwise there should be some other option especially in the $1k+ territory. To be paying eBay 10% when I only pay my real estate agent 2.5%(5% total) seems out of whack.

I messaged the seller and he responded that what he's doing is totally legal.

Obviously this is going to end badly whether eBay removes it or the buyer files a return. If the seller withdraws the money he'll be in bigger trouble when eBay can't recoup it initially.
