RatsRats Member Join Date: Oct 2019 Location: Seattle, WA Posts: 5	ebay buyer to block jmblcoll-96 Buyer demanded partial refund for 'damaged' card after payment cleared and sold prices dropped significantly. Offered full refund for return multiple times, but insisted that I needed to 'make it up to him' and refused return/refund.
