Favorite places online to buy raw cards for grading?

If you are buying raw for grading hope you are not one of them who buys cards listed at near mint then returns it when it will not grade gem.

So far I've been sending my comc purchases to the comc grading submission, the ones I have gotten back that say gem mint will be submitted for grading.

That's reasonable. I'm mostly a vintage collector, but have done pretty well with the COMC Condition Reviews. I've sold most back on COMC after getting their "grades" since raw vintage is still in demand even if not graded/slabbed.

For only an extra six bucks it sure helps me know what to submit. Otherwise I'd be submitting god knows what
