User drproxx negotiated a price with me for a high end Yordan Alvarez RC Auto, then claimed corners weren’t as sharp as he wanted after injury news broke. Please block this low life!

1) Stop listing card conditions as "Brand New" you are just asking for returns for this.

2) Use photos where you can actually see the card and not just glare on the toploader. Either remove it from the toploader for the photo or try different lighting conditions.

3) You offer Free 30 day returns, so I dont see a reason to block someone for utilizing a service you offer.

Sounds like things never got past an agreed upon price either. Was this sale made official in eBay?

4) There is a special forum for issues exactly like this. There are too many idiots on ebay for each one to get their own thread. Most do far worse than this.

Yes, I'm sure the buyer would have honored the sale after the injury news broke, if only the seller had followed these steps.

Been on the boards for 8 years and done nearly 500 deals, I’ll take my chances when responding to this new breed of “invester/flippers”. They are RUINING the once great hobby.

Newbie? I’ve been serious comics collector for 29 years, and collecting cards on and off during that time, with the last 5 being serious. I’ve been active on eBay as a buyer/seller for 18 years. Calling out BS from sellers like you is exactly my lane, you cantankerous peddler of overpriced garbage.

This is the truth. Especially if you state you take returns you take them for any reason. Including remorse.

Also always take photos without a toploader. A scanner you can usually get away with it but a camera you are not going to get a good clear shot.

Then listing as brand new is an automatic case win for a buyer. You are not required to put any condition in that bloc to list a card so its best if you dont.

Had a guy just not respond until i gave up and got a refund through ebay on a Bowman Big League debut redemption i bought for $45 the day before he made his debut.
