Just wanted to get some feedback from board members about 2020 Chronicles, specific to how you think the various versions will rise/drop/keep steady in value. Print run seems to be enormous based on eBay listings, was curious as to thoughts on the different brands included in the release.
Thanks! Brad

College is always second fiddle to pro uniforms. Long term, they arent bad if the QB ends up a great on another team.

I didn't buy any because there is so many college themed products this year, (because of covid)
I just don't see this product having any legs long term, especially when the pro products come out. Except for the very rare/numbered stuff, I see it dropping even lower in the near future. And I'm a big 2019 chronicles fan. Hopefully, a pro version of 2020 chronicles will come out later. |

I think they need to find the balance in the products in the NFL version versus the variety of players in the college version. I like the NFL designs/products better (especially the update series) but it was basically the same 25 players in every single product. In the college version, outside of the top QBs, it seems guys only showed in 3 or 4 different products. Find a balance and include more guys as opposed to 25 more cards of that 4th round rookie RB that has been in everything else so far.

The one thing that separates this Chronicles from other versions to me at least, is the patches they used in the cards. Like others have said, right now is probably the time to sell these cards right before football season, but I've pulled some nice patches out of here.
My favorite has to be the Lynn Bowden Jr. Belk Bowl Patch RPA I pulled. Has half the entire Belk Bowl Logo in the card. How many cards have a piece of history like that inside the card? Also I've seen other lesser players like Jake Fromm have their patches with pieces of the Sugar Bowl logo inside sell for well over $200. If the card was a basic patch would probably go for 1/4 that. So yeah, in terms of this Chronicles versus the previous versions, I feel the fact they used patches from big Bowl Games, has really helped this product maintain a steady pace. Also I've taken all my rookies, put them in Lots, and most of the Lots get me about 2-3 bucks a player which isnt horrible. |

Yeah these patches are sweet, but they’re all player-worn meaning that they’re really just fake replicas
