Went to process another order for SGC and it sadly appears that the last of the big 3 has become overwhelmed. Their website also has a lengthy update by the head honcho concerning the issue with turnaround.
It appears, for the time being, that SGC will now only offer you two turnaround times. Option 1 is for the 3-5 day "need it now" turnaround starting at $100 - increasing fee depending on declared value. Option 2 is for 40-45 day "I can wait" service starting at $10, increasing in fee depending on declared value. A bit disappointing, however, it was bound to happen. Once PSA starting backlogging so badly it was only a matter of time before the other 2 companies would become overwhelmed. Oh well. There's always GMA! BGS was the first to become overwhelmed two years ago. Over 1 year turnaround times were the norm all last year for their nonguaranteed levels. |

So SGC executives get to rake in all that upfront revenue, and just tell everybody, hey, you get to wait like everyone else? Nah, that not sitting well with my broke a$$.
Start sending out the coupons, SGC. You know its the right thing after not disclosing to all those folks in June and July that your service was BROKEN. |
