Default PSA Question

Sent in my first grading submission. Package was sent and should arrive to PSA today. When I log in, the submission isnt in the submission center. Is this normal? Worried it somehow was deleted but followed all steps and have the printed receipt.

Let me know from your experiences. Thanks!

PSA doesn’t know your package is there until they pick it up and log it into the system, so you’re at their mercy right now. Once it says delivered by whatever service you used, check the PSA package tracker to verify PSA has it. That doesn’t mean it’s logged in the system, just that it arrived and PSA has it in their possession. From there you just need to wait for the email that it has been logged. Depending on the service you selected, it could be 3-4 days or weeks. Good luck!

Regular submissions are close to a month for logging time (the period between package receipt and showing up in your account).

A bit of a followup to this thread -- a question for the vetereans as I've never sent a high value card in to PSA yet:

Does PSA subject every package to the same delay in getting it logged, or do faster service levels get logged quicker. For example, if I send a high value card in for "Express service," am I looking at 5 business days + the same 20 or so initial delay in getting it logged, or does PSA in practice get the faster service levels logged faster.

Thanks!

I would say you would have at least a 2 week wait on them entering a express order. They don’t care how long you have to wait!!

Yes, I had my submission disappear, but don't worry, it will show up under your orders once they log it.

My super expresses was logged within one day of PSA receiving it. So from my experience, they do put priority of the higher services.

If you follow the rules and mark the outside of the box with the submission level, this should be correct.
