Hey everyone!
First time post here. Collecting sports cards has always been a hobby of mine, and I used to sell as well, on ebay. I'm not sure if much has changed, but a main reason I stopped selling is because of ebay's policies creating an easy environment for even good/top sellers to get "screwed" with their feedback system and "no questions asked" return policies, even with the buyer changing his/her mind weeks + months later. My question to the forum is, in your experience, has ebay changed? A follow up would be, what, in your opinion, is the best method to sell cards? I'm talking individual cards or lots, when the buyer knows the exact cards and condition - no dutch auctions/repacks/razzes etc. Thanks in advance! |

COMC. They're backlogged right now because of being overloaded with submissions and shippings, and delayed because of Coronavirus. But they're a whole lot better than selling on eBay yourself for cards valued between $2-50. Over $50 a card, you're looking at selling yourself here on Blowout, Net54, or eBay. A lot of people nowadays also like Facebook Marketplace and other social media sites. I also have a small booth at an antique mall in a tourist town that is going nuts the past two weeks in sales. |
