doubledribble Member Join Date: Aug 2009 Posts: 2,895	Panini CS: Turnaround time for factory damaged/redemptions Anyone have any open tickets for factory damaged cards or redemptions updated or closed in the last 8 mo? I've had things hanging without updates for several months. Wondering if Panini has made any progress. Coming up on 120 days for a Kobe auto. Wonder if they will offer a replacement.
