Default So what are the best Sadaharu Oh cards to invest in?

He was the Babe Ruth of Japanese baseball. Any suggestions?

Fail to see an investment angle. No one really considers him on par with the top sluggers as he hit them in little league parks.

Randy Bass isn't Don Mattingly either.

That being said there's still some cool cards from the 60s on the eBay if you like.

You might try over on net54. There are some that collect Japanese cards. His rookies are 1959, but I don't know which is the best one to get.

Any 1959 Menko, (or any 1959-1964 Menko for that matter) and there are a bunch of them.

Little league parks? Ever been to a Japanese baseball game?

He does have a 1958 issue, I thought, but it is rare and pricey. 1959 has been accepted as his rookie year and he has many to pick from. Get the one or ones that appeal to you.
