Anyone seen a Kelenic or Julio 2019 bowman next AFL Auto #d/99

2019 Bowman Next Peoria Javelinas 10-card Team Set - Autograph Edition

I read on the topps web site there is a base autograph #d/99 but I have yet to see one (both kelenic and julio).
