Default 1995-96 Flair Hot Numbers Dennis Rodman ALTERED

I'm questioning the edges and surface of a 1995-96 Flair Hot Numbers Dennis Rodman.

I'm looking over dozens of these getting ready for a grading order. One in particular has a slight white on 4 edges and a waivy surface?

Any opinion on this card? Couldn't imagine it being fake. The lenticular surface isn't right? May be a poor alteration job. The plastic seams as it has gotten hot. Someone attempted to polish the plastic front surface. Very strange to me.

The issues are only visible with a perfect light angle

Not necessarily "fake" but more than likely cut from a production sheet(?) Like the fleer bankruptcy sale sheets that were backdoored into the world and people cut up the sheets to sell the individual cards. Just my 2-cents.

Maybe just the 1995 way of cutting cards in prodution line thinking of it the positive way... How many cards throughout all series have I seen back then being way off left to right, top to bottom. All so same miscut but some 60/40, some 70/30, some...

Would be my guess as of now.

I have a ton of Fleer lenticular cards that came from both baseball and basketball that look like this. All pack-pulled. Someone cut the backing part of the card too large, or the lenticular part too small, depending on your perspective. Lol

If you need proof I’ll photograph the ones I have

Under a loupe it looks as you say. Back cut bigger than the front. Thanks

Sorry for the lousy pic. Not sure how it affects technical grade as I tend to avoid them for aesthetic reasons

Not saying this is what happened, but keep in mind lenticular cards can peel. I've had it happen on those usa lenticular cards, the edge slivers frayed and I just tore them off.
