PSA Will Ban You If You Dare Criticize Them

PSA retaliated against me for posting on here, twitter, and asking critical questions via email regarding the current grading scandal. Both my email accounts are now blocked by their server and so is my cell phone number. They also blocked me on Twitter. I never threatened or used vulgar language toward them in any of the emails or calls I had with them. I was a smartass I will admit here on twitter.

I was finally able to contact them yesterday by using another number. A customer service rep confirmed I was banned and would not give me an explanation. They said someone would call me back very soon to explain. They have not contacted me.

They canceled and shipped back all the orders I had processing. They charged my card $2,233.00 which is the exact amount of the bulk order of 269 cards. They didn’t grade any of the cards and returned them in the card savers I sent them in. All the information is missing on each card in their system. It does not state minimum grade or altered. They just held them there and some have been in their possession since March.

I am not looking for sympathy. I am just showing what they are willing to do as a company.

So are you saying that PSA refused to grade any of the cards you sent in to them, yet charged you the full price and shipped the cards back to you ungraded? That's really weird. I was actually planning to visit your store soon to check out your graded cards. Your the closest card store to me besides Lew's.

If you want to stick it to them let the FBI know they tried to steal your money!
Find out who is handling the ongoing case & drop a message.

Cant refuse your order but keep the $$$. Might file a police report for Grand Theft also.

Wouldn't be shocked at this point if they sued me for slander.

I would guess they will soon be refunding you your money. If they don't, that would be a big PR mistake. But the rest of it pretty much sucks I'm sorry.

They started the process over a month ago and have not reached out to me one time. They will probably try to fight or affect my credit if my credit card company charges them back. They are playing the bully card.

For supposedly not knowing who's cards are who's, once logged into the system, PSA did a great job pulling all of those, once you hurt their feelings.

Best of luck on the refund and please keep this thread updated, if/when you receive the explanation from PSA.

I wonder if the CU Board of Directors understands how management treats the collecting community (the part not made up of high profile wealthy registry types)?

No idea. When I was finally able to reach them by their 800# the rep said they didn't know and someone else would have to call me.

They blocked my emails from getting through their server. He is the one that blocked me. I used to email frequently. Then I asked them about the scandal and he blocked me.
