Does PSA assigning the cert # and label info on a pending order means its popped?

So as part of a small set of cards I sent in 2 1996 Topps Chrome Derek Jeters. When i last checked about a week ago it had a pop report of 118. Checked on my order and noticed labels were ready to review with cert #s. Well curiosity struck, i pulled the pop.

Pop report now shows 120 with an additional 9 and 10. Curious if the cert # would mean a grades been assigned or not.

If so i may have bagged a 96 Chrome Jeter PSA 10

I am kind of in the same boat on a current grade interested if anyone has any info on this also...

No, it hasn't popped.

Reason i say this is that I have an order right now in QA2 status. In the order, there are (9) 2014 Topps Update Jorge Polanco RCs.

Current pop for that card is 2.

What are the chances you sent in a Crossover MIN Grade, it states labels are printed please review. Would you think then it met the Min and has been graded, is there anyway for them to go back and say sorry it didn't meet it here is your card back out of its slab?

It will still say printing labels even if it didn't meet min grade review, found that out the hard way. Good luck.

When it says please review for accuracy do we have to do anything?

grades won't pop until your CC is charged. and pop report usually won't be updated until the cards more to shipping. any adjustment to the pop report prior to that is more than likely someone elses grades.
