Help with trout RC

Since these have a black border I’m sure there’s a lot of condition issues with them but curious what kinda of condition this would be considered. I’m thinking about listing it but I know how returns can go. Help is greatly appreciated. I hope I captured the corners accurately.

Corner sub-grade likely 8/8.5 imo based on the scans

Yeesh, just noticed this, I’m going to have to take a closer look.

Maybe the guy I bought it from used marker to recolor that? I’ll grab some rubbing alcohol and clear it right up

I should have taken it to the card show I went to last week so people could look at it up close. But last week I was still on the fence about staying in the hobby

No, I’m starting to sell but didn’t want to list this without some opinions. I think I’m much better off focusing on my business and less on cards/baseball

Always good to have priorities. You don't have to give up collecting, I've been on hiatus from EBay for over a decade. I've tried to go back to the roots of collecting by attempting trades. Try something different where it's more cost effective but doesn't take nearly as much time from your day.

Went outside to get natural lighting on that weird corner. I don’t see anything odd outside, possibly the lighting in the basement?

List it with some flaws on the corners and edges. Put that in the pictures and the description, but don't sell yourself short. Try listing it above the price you would take and accept offers. Take the first offer that is at or above your magic number.
