Default 90's Style Mailday! 20 Years In the Making!

This was a big mail week for the PC. Within the last 2 weeks I have received the following cards for my 90's Insert PC.

Love the picture on this MJ

Penny was my favorite player as a kid so I have always wanted these.

I love the way the Rave Review cards look so figured I would pick up this one too go along with the Penny above.

Then these last two I have wanted ever since I was a little kid - I LOVED the look of these cards when they were released but could never afford them. I am so glad to finally have them! Hopefully someday I can get the refractors or at least better centered ones .

Awesome stuff. The 96 spx Penny auto would easily make it into my top 10 favorite cards of all time. Always loved those finest Kobe and MJs too. Great photos on those 2.

Dang man. Definitely some great-looking stuff you've got good taste, even by 90s standards! And that is saying something

Yeah the Penny is sweet - I was happy to get one with a good looking signature in my opinion. Love the autos/gu before they became so normal.

I love the picture of Iverson on the Rave Review and the set is just so cool looking - I will probably go for the set but it will take a long time before I get Jordan.

I agree I just love the design and the photo and I am sure the gold with the laker yellow helps the eye appeal too

It really is so cool and they look even better in person - its really hard to get a picture that shows just how awesome they look.

sick cards man. I really love the Penny SPx and the Kobe gold.

I love Finest its probably one of my favorite if not favorite release lines. The only gripe I have about them is the protector text. I wish they that a clear protector on them instead of the text sometimes the text will detract from the beauty of the card.

Lots of beauties here, but I'm especially intrigued not only by the Rave Reviews, but also enjoying the great photograph of a young Iverson. These cards remind me a little bit of the 1996-97 Z-Force Swat Team cards.

Amazing stuff!

I've got a Garnett Rave Review available if you're interested in adding another from that set.

Really awesome stuff, I just picked up the Penny spx nno auto myself. I busted those packs for 2 years straight at the time of release hoping to hit the redemption card. 5 dollar packs if memory serves. What a wild concept and pricepoint back then, especially considering they were just 1 card per pack. Added to the allure for sure.

And I'm probably one of the biggest fans of the Rave Review set, certainly in my top 5 favorite insert designs ever.
