Pretty solid. Hard to grade centering when the border just has 2 sides though

Not sold that this design will work well for TC, but hard to tell without many pictures, and only mock ups at that. The '84 stuff looks cool though

The TC logo should be the measurement for the left and top borders.

If the right bar is the same thickness as the bottom bar, it should be good.

Never liked 1984 Topps design.

After 1983's (I was 13) beautiful issue, I got out a while.

Late 80's/early 90's brought me back.

175 for a jumbo...... if Vlad makes it in there thats OK.

Production not withstanding... vs 2018 with Shohei, Acuna, and others.... I think 2018 is better.

Debut Gear Relics- On the card it says "Item may not be from player's debut season". well ok... are you sure it's even his? Or a jersey? Am I real?

It's not the players debut jersey card either as J.D. has many for Topps.

I think the 84 design looks great. I didn't collect any of the 83 this this, but will have to pick up some of the 84's.

1984 Topps with gross orange background behind the headshots is perfect. Can't wait to see them in chrome/refractors.

I absolutely loathe the idea of wave refractors. I was really hoping they would kill them this year. IMO they just doubled all the variations. Golds are now /100 with 50 normal and 50 wave. Yuck.

I believe it started at $1200.00 and got to maybe $1500. But we all know, as was the case the previous year as well, that it crashed pretty hard at release before rebounding just recently. $1080 is fair I suppose. I'm sure cost went up. Even then, I don't know who else we would be looking forward to. 2017 and 2018 were loaded with names.
