Default Best/favorite card you've ever pulled.

This should be a one-answer-per-person kinda post. No ties. No multiples. Pick one.

Don't have to still own it, but have to have a scan/image of said card.

I pulled this back in the day at product's release, and it's probably still my favorite...on-card auto, pre-Panini, a legend. Maybe the one card I own that I'd never let go.

How’s the card holding up? Experiencing the peeling/chipping that’s common with this set?

This is mine. Back when it was a joy to open packs to pull something and then stop. My mom pulled it at a flea market and we couldn't believe it.

Pulled the redemption card for my avatar from 1994-95 Skybox Series 1 (David Robinson/Hakeem Olajuwon Dual Autograph). Couldn't get the redemption card in the mail fast enough, and was my first autograph of my favorite player. Still have the envelope/mailer that it came back to me in.

Yes, back then it was fun to open cases because you would make money most of the time instead of today where card companies suck money out of hobbiests pockets by putting very little value in their products. A friend pulled this redemption and sold it to me, so my favorite almost pull:

I pulled a 2008-09 Exquisite Dual Swatches Autograph card numbered to 5 of Michael Jordan and Lebron James. It was a redemption card. I sold the redemption about a month after pulling the card when I lost my job of 14 years. Seeing what these types of cards sell for today makes me sick to my stomach knowing I sold it for about $1100.

The only thing I have going for me is I don’t think Upper Deck ever produces the cards since I never saw one live. But knowing my luck and knowing there were only 5 copies out there, they exist and are just tucked away in PC collections.

Card was made and is in my opinion the best dual they have. Very clean card. Probably 20k minimum. Tristan20 guy had it.

Back to OP

I once opened a box of ud black got a westbrook RC auto /25 version or maybe /5. A kareem on card auto /33 and a lebron on card auto /99 in same 2 pack box.

In the 90's I pulled a Jordan finest silver Maestros refractor. It was a beauty.

Two years back I pulled a 99-00 finest Team Finest red refractor Tim Duncan 5/50. very cool.

97/98 Ultra Star Power Supreme Tim Duncan from a discounted pack that was in a discount bin at a local drugstore. This was in 2000.

From busting boxes the best i hit was from my very first box i ever broke. 05/06 Hardcourt, pulled a redemption for an MJ Jersey Auto /25 hardcourt material on wood but after waiting a year or so they notified me they weren't going to send one out so they sent a 2003-04 Ultimate signatures MJ auto as a replacement

Replacement card sent

From group breaks i really cant decide between these 2

At least they sent you another Jordan. If it was Topps or Panini, they would have sent you an Andrew Bogut and said that was equal value.

The best pull $$$ wise was the DSJ NT Logoman 5/5 from last year. Sold it to a big collector in China for $3500.
