Default Panini Damaged Replacement Turnaround Time?

Just wondering what to expect on a turnaround time from Panini if I'm submitting a replacement request for a damaged card. Debating sending a high end card in, but worried it will take them 6 months...

Any recent success stories?

Panini logged a card as received 29 November. Still waiting. Called Thursday was told 6-8 months. Optic Aqua /25 Ben Simmons.

Have had 2. 1 of them took 3 days because it wasnt low numbered so they had a replacement handy. My more rare one was a gold rc and it took a little over a month, believe they had one on file and they kust had to restamp a new one.

I would definitely call someone else. My gold kennard took a month and they stamped a new card.

Thanks guys. Sending a Contenders Auto /25 in...hoping since it just released they still have some fresh on had. Ill post my experience.

Just a quick follow-up, received my replacement yesterday via FedEx. Process took about a month to complete.

The replaced card was the same as I sent in, just re-stamped. Still had some slight corner whitening/damage on all corners on the back, I guess Tatum didn't treat his Contender cards too great.

To funny. I received a replacement on my 2016-17 Optic Aqua /25 Ben SImmons yesterday. Took about 5 months, but well worth the wait. Very happy with Panini on this one.

Garbage picture with my phone in it, but you get the idea.

I have several better 2017 prizm and select golds and emeralds that mostly have one bad vertical line on them. A few are pack pulled, have no receipts due to recent move, and most are single purchases with the same or similar line that only seem to come from Panini this way.

I’ve received no response from an email and couldn’t wait longer than the 20 minutes I had on the phone before hanging up.

Any more experienced if I have a chance or should bother sending them for replacement?
