Default Waco mini-series

Just saw a trailer for this and it appears to put David Koresh in a not-crazy, sympathetic light.

Wondering how far they will push that agenda.

I've seen the commercials for Waco and I will be watching. I'm with you Nic. I find it interesting that the commercials show Koresh in a more sympathetic fashion.

He was most definitely not portrayed as such when the standoff was going down. My memory is that there were accusations of sexual assault with minors. I don't know if any of that was ever proven.

I do know one thing, the visual of that compound burning to the ground was very powerful.

Already was one, from 1996, starring Randy Quaid, Laura Dern, and young Kirsten Dunst.

Jane Lynch did a better Janet Reno than either Dana Carey or Will Farrell in the Unabomber series which was also heavily fictional and sympathetic to Ted K.
