2013 Leaf Rookie Achievement ???

Anyone ever heard of 2013 Leaf Rookie Achievement? I stumbled on a couple of those while looking for Denard Robinson cards. I have never heard of this set before and can't find any information on it, neither on Beckett nor on Leaf's homepage or anywhere else. Does anyone have any information on this set? Were those cards actually produced by Leaf or are they just some sort of custom cards? What's strange is that there seems to be only one seller who is offering them on ebay...

I don't remember anything about them in 2013. I did try to collect a bunch of Lacy and franklin from 13 and can't say I ever saw them in those searches.

not sure I have ever seen these either. Stoner sports has a strange connection with Leaf, they always have a ton of 1/1's and odd base lots from leaf and leaf army all american.

not sure if they buy the overstock or just buy a ton of them...or it is Leaf backdooring product to them to sell.

I'm guessing a single distributor of Leaf products either requested or received as a gift/promotion a unique print run of cards. Probably similar to if Panini, during their Black Friday promotion, produced a set of cards only for a specific LCS.
