Tim allen TTM Succcess. Pre print?

Just got this back after 2 months. Looks like a pre print to me but thought Tim Allen was a pretty good TTM signer. Any thoughts? Apprciate the help

Sometimes you can look at it from an angle and tell if an actual pen was used or not. However, that doesn't keep it from being an autopen. Darn pesky autopens.
