Panini Redemption Question

I submitted a Redemption to panini back in January and it's been close to 5 months and it still says it's pending. Just curious if that's normal or if that is out of the ordinary? Thanks.

Ive sent emails to Panini several time about replacements starting in March of 2016 with no response. Tried twitter, calling and emails, and nothing.

I never submitted the cards. I was looking to see what my options would be. There was also another situation with the code of a card that I know was never redeemed but says it was.

It shouldn't be normal, but unfortunately it is. I have 2 pending redemptions with them. One is from December 2016 (Prime Signatures) and the other is from February 2017 (Contenders).

A year and a half later and still haven't gotten this kyle rudolph patch auto....

After my Jarvis Landry situation with Contenders I have learned to be extremely patient. Waiting on a ton of stuff. Spoke to them a few weeks ago about replacements and live cards. They said that replacements will take 3-4 weeks and no promises on shipping of live cards. Terrible terrible customer service but I am used to it.

Unfortunately redemptions like this one always take a back seat to newer products, especially when the card was pulled years after the product was put out. It has been that way in my experience and I can see why.

2012 Stephen Hill, Contenders, Variation, Contenders inserts etc
2013 Geno Smith Contenders inserts
2013 Dee Milliner Contenders & variation
2013 Dee Milliner Select and Select prizm parallel
2013 Sheldon Richardson Select and Select prizm parallel
There are others also, but a block of 2012-2013 in 2017, annoying.

I bought the redemptions when the products came out, how low is the priority to get any of these now from Panini!!! Hill and Milliner are probably out of football, Geno is now a Giant, Sheldon Richardson needs his head screwing on. Aaaah, to be a Jets fan!!!

I have redemptions from 2013 that I haven't received (I haven't asked for replacement yet tho)...not too long ago did the julio jones contender rc autos go live and I had that one sitting in queue since 2012.

I was waiting on an Odell Beckham Jr autograph /49 from 2014 Select for over two years. I sent an email to ymurillo@paniniamerica.net and I was taken care of. Ideally, I wouldn't have swapped it out, but after seeing the market flood with his jersey autographs and autographs that were both higher and lower numbered than mine, but never got sent out to me. I spoke to her and she told me she doesn't expect Odell to sign for them anytime soon, so I gave up and swapped out my card, along with a Jordan Reed autograph /25 from 2013 Absolute I was waiting on for almost four years.

If there is anything I can say about Panini is that they take care of you when you ask for a replacement. My 2013 Contenders Le'Veon Bell on card auto /99 and David Johnson patch auto from Impeccable are worth more than the cards I swapped out and look much nicer.

Im still waiting on tons from 2012 contenders and prizm. Just have to wait--pisses me off as I was told after a reasonable amount of time they will make the card with the no auto phrase on it. I asked what is a reasonable time--rep deflected--i asked again and call got dropped. Stupid--as these are for the sets I put together.

And I feel that you shouldnt have to ask for a replacement--some people loose site of this. Just putting this out there--i have a couple andrew luck redemptions for sale--i will not be filling them for several years--but I would take 100 a piece for them right now.----oozing sarcasim

I have .. among other things.. a Davante Adams contenders superbowl ticket thats been in the system since 2015, I'm not too worried about it since it's in my pc collection... it's really nice...

I'll be patiently waiting for my Karl Joseph Playoff Contenders Rookie Auto...especially since none of them are live (except for a few 1/1's). And it's for my PC.

Yet I don't understand why my Donruss Signatures Dual Auto (Jalen Ramsey/Vernon Hargreaves III) Redemption would take so long when it's sticker autos.

But who am I to complain, especially when peeps been waiting years to get their redemptions.
