Hoping for Durant ACL tear - Am I a bad person ?

First things first.

Yes, I am a Lebron James and Cavaliers fan. Yes, the most exciting basketball game I have ever watched in my 42 years on this planet was Game 7 of the 2015-16 NBA Finals.

Secondly,

There were a lot of people who did not like Durant joining the Warriors. Do all of these people also wish Durant has a serious injury? I do not know. I am guessing I am one of the few that do.

Thirdly,

If he had stayed with OKC and he had this injury, I WOULD NOT HOPE THAT he tears the ACL. Why the different mindset? Because he chose to stay with Westbrook instead of joining and playing on a team with 4 All Stars.

Lastly,

Who gives a hoot about what I care ? I am a new member here and simply am just 1 person out of over 300 million who live in the great USA. Whatever the MRI reveals tomorrow will not be dependent on my hopes and wishes. It is all up to the "basketball gods".

Once again I hope the Cavs repeat back to back, but like I just stated above, the NBA Title will not be decided by my hopes and wishes, but by the "basketball gods" or maybe a mere mortal by the name of KING JAMES.

You admitted to being a fan of the defending champs. A fan of the team that has added korver, deron and bogut. Is that not enough. You admitted to being a fan of lebron. Do you think he is the GOAT? If he is you shouldn't care. He'll just travel and stiff arm his way to another ship if you believe in him. And based on advance statistics his acting abilitys have increased by +5. So even if you acts like his teammate elbowed him even if they didn't it should be worth 9 free throws this playoffs.

In my other recent posted thread I hoped Durant tears the ACL.

My reason was because I don't like how he chose to play with Dubs.

However, I do not hate the guy.

I saw some BO member wished Lebron gets Ebola.

Since the Ebola death rate is 50% that is a pretty terrible wish.

Who is more terrible of a person? Me who wishes Durant has a ACL tear which is NON LIFE threatening or the other BO member who wishes Lebron a 50% chance of death due to Ebola?
