Name a sports rule and what change should be made

When a player gets fouled on a shot, the bucket should count if missed. No more free throws. Speed up the game for one.

If a defender in basketball jumps to block a shot and the shooter jumps into them initiating the contact, it should not be a foul on the defender. I cannot stand this rule.

Not really a rule, but scoring. Always bugged me that a field goal is always worth 3 pts, no matter if was 15 yds or 50 yds. I'd like to a sliding scoring scale depending on yardage.

I think the extra point kick should be eliminated. I think it would be cool if the PATs would be ran from the two yard line like it is now, but you get one point if you run it in and two if you throw it.

automatic 2 min penalty for delay of game for puck over the glass in hockey is the worst rule in all of sports.

I like it. Interesting and applicable. Different in a possible good way. With even better opportunity for defenses to take it back for a score.

Not a sports rule, but I would love to be able to mute the commentators while still being able to listen to the crowd and sounds of the game on my TV, along with being able to hear the refs as well. I can't think of a single color commentator/analyst I care for.

Tier college football similar to European soccer leagues. Let's stop pretending that all 100+ teams actually have a shot at the championship. Divide D1 into 3 or 4 leagues with teams moving up and down based on performance.
