If you send a card to a company for replacement, do they return to you the protecting container you sent the card in, be it a common top loader or a nicer, thicker case?

If the card is damaged, why use a top loader when you send it in? When I sent to Topps before, I just sent them the card I wanted replaced, and that was about it.

I just did this for the first time recently, I sent the card in a scrap sleeve & wrapped in the letter and sandwiched between the folded mini boxes.

I put mine in an old big mac wrapper. I was kind of upset when they didn't send the new card back in my wrapper.
