Buyer wants to return an item, but they also say that they put some expenses into the item to try and get it working and also want reimbursed for those as well. Is that Ebay policy?
Also need to add buyer already left positive feedback saying they LOVE the item. |

No. They can return it for a refund, but you are not responsible for anything else they spent. In fact, if they can't return it in the condition you sent it to them in, it might be grounds to fight the return.

I agree, if they tried to repair it of changed it in any way, I feel they voided their protection. I would fight it. No they are not entitled to more.
