Anyone else have to deal with this horse manure company? My subdivision is split up onto 2 grids. The north side of the sub seemingly NEVER loses power (confirmed through a friend to the north who can't remember the last time they lost power). The south side, my side of course, loses power with seemingly any passing storm. I report the outage/call customer service and get nothing but BS from them about trees and lines have been there, yadda yadda yadda. They have to know this is an issue (I certainly #@#@#@#@#@#@ enough), but refuse to do anything about it. Twice so far this year I've woken up to sub 60 temps in my house, and of course this time I'm certain it'll hit 85+ inside. I can't imagine the wear and tear it's doing to my appliances...
Anyways, just wanted to vent somewhere else about another night with no power courtesy of Duke (Sometimes) Energy.
