That’s fine with me. He’ll stay cheap too for now. He needs to have many more dominant seasons, and maybe a 2nd CY to change that. History has taught us that just one Cy Young doesn’t necessarily make a hobby darling.

Sold everything I had in February/March. Very difficult to top the year he had last year. Still a solid pitcher, but he’ll revert to the mean.

I need to start doing that with pitchers more. Just take advantage right after they have a career year instead of holding long term after.

Snell is a great example. Still have so much of him.

When this slump first started they never directly came out on radio broadcasts saying he was injured but they would say he looked to be favoring something (I can't recall what). It was very vague and they would just kind of move past it.

I was at the game against the Reds on Saturday and, in my opinion, they kept him in too long.
