I did not expect the Warriors to lose game 1. The Celtics actually have a shot of winning the series. This is going to turn out to be an exciting Finals for casual basketball fans.

Hat tip to the Celtics....when Horford & White combine for 11 three-pointers and the team as a whole shoots over 50% from deep, there's not much you can do except take solace in the fact that it's unlikely to happen again.

Only complaint as a Warriors fan was that too many guys passed up open shots only to end up with worse shots. You can't just keep passing the ball around trying to find a "better" shot....sometime the shot you just passed up is the best one you're going to get.

Before tonight fivethirthyeight gave the Celtics an 80% chance of winning the series for a reason. I'm surprised with all the advanced metrics fans on these boards they didn't have more faith in Boston.

Their model is based on RAPTOR which i hear everyone talking about so much. After the win the model now says BOS has a 92% chance of winning the series. Should we redo the poll, would anyone like to change their answer?
