And even at what I think will be 20K PSA 10’s of Prizm, those will settle above $2,000 next season

The second half and where their teams finish in the standings will determine who wins MVP.

Luka's not out of it yet but they will need an incredible finish. That's what the voters will remember most because it will be freshest in their minds.

I just wish they didn't throw that game agains OKC they need every win they can get. Instead of being 12 wins in their last 16 it could be 13.

Luka is definitely playing with the worst surrounding roster of every MVP candidate who's in it.

There is no clear cut MVP front runner.

Embiid might have been #1 but who knows when he's coming back.

Joker, Bron, and Lillard are up there as of right now. But no one is killing it and there are no D-Rose inspiring narratives--yet.

Giannis is putting up MVP numbers and everyone says voter fatigue will keep him from winning again, but if there is no one else to really vote for, he could make things interesting or maybe steal votes away from other candidates.

IMO, top 4 at the end of the year will be Bron, Joker, Harden, Luka in no particular order.

I agree Lillard's in there and it wont be Harden because he quit on his former team. Fantastic player but everyone knows he quit on HOU. Bad look for him that wont go away this year.

As much as I'd like to see Luka win mvp, at the moment and assuming embiid misses 2-3 weeks, I think jokic is the clear front runner.

I like Luka's chances to make a run at the MVP but he's gonna need to continue to ball out and they must win more games..

I am getting sick of hearing about his "terrible" roster. That's total BS. Would love to hear what players would make them better?

Dallas just need to get better as a team. Lillard is working with less. Harden is too with Durant and Kyrie out.
LeBron has solid vets around him but Luka has more talent.

He should have this team in a top 4 position if he's the MVP.

But he came in out of shape and they've been hammered by Covid. The excuses get painful regarding the roster.

Still need to get me a Prizm Silver RC or maybe even a Green as they're pretty cheap. Not everyone's cup of tea though.

Right now I think it's between him and Dame. If the Mavs can get to the 4 seed, there is no way Luka should lose. And they have a ridiculously soft schedule in May, which bodes well for recency bias.

I love how long Luka is in there to end games now. You're welcome for the suggestion Rick.

Great game by Luka against a tough team. He keeps playing 35+ per game his PPG average will go up a lot as well. Definitely top 3 in MVP talks.

Just saw the highlights, what a monster. Haven't seen many players make kawhi look average.

Don’t think anyone is saying the roster is terrible. It’s just not great. Porzingis is statistically one of the worst rated defenders in the whole nba. Hes supposed to be a Max contract guy.

Asking who would make them better is pointless. You can pretty much plug in any name in the top 100 players of the NBA and they become instantly better. Add a top 20 talent and they are top 3 in the west.

Remember when the Mavs dusted the Nets by double digits without Durant and Irving yet everyone came on here to say it meant nothing? Harden is playing great but they are in the East and can beat up on crappy teams most nights without the big 3.

The Blazers have glaring holes in their roster as well but I wouldn’t say the Mavs have that much better of a team, if at all.

Did he come in out of shape? Yes. Did that hurt them the first week or two? Yes. Not gonna argue that one.

Were they hit with the worst case of covid in the league? Yes. Undeniably.

Where does that put Luka? Top 3-5 in MVP as of today. Climbing closer every day Embiid sits out and Lebron plays without AD.

How are Luka cards doing? Are they still rising? Haven't been following basketball lately.

Luka is so good! If it wasn’t for him the NBA could go suck an egg.

Actually the Luka pump guys have said it multiple times.

You could find it so many times in this thread where it's either the other players faults or the coaches.

I think they have a roster of a top 4 team.

It's gets a bit sad when you and others call the team trash when it's a top down issue for them.

I still think they'll end up very close to a top 4 spot. They'll get a roll on.

Don't be in such a hurry for those Luka's of yours to get to the moon.

So what top 100 guys or top 20 guys are gettable?

It's a bit silly to say plug in anyone and they get better. Like who? Most are untouchable so how do you become a championship level team?

For me it's all growth with this group and maybe trying to find that missing piece.

To say over and over that Luka's playing with the worst supporting cast is just weak and excusey.

Other than BKN there's not even a Super team.

I have some nice bets for Luka for MVP and I think he'll be very close to it by seasons end.

I win more if the Joker gets it though.

Neither have I. I am very well stocked with 15 at PSA including 3 EBB, 4 R&S, 1 Hoops and 1 majestic. Total purchase price about $350 for those.

I have a ton at PSA as well. Unfortunately I also have about 200 Deshaun Watson there.
