That's a really good question. I would not be surprised if they are unable to meet the early delivery window due to how wrapped up they will be just trying to figure out orders. Who knows, maybe it delays the Prizm release a week. Hopefully not and they ship this week.

Already see on bo and steelcity that Prizm is now expected to be on Friday the 1st instead of the 29th, so maybe they do expect a small delay in the 1st off line stuff.

site is bugg, app is not try downloading app logging in your credentials and check the orders? also, fotl flawless is back lol. any chance prizm as well? or maybe thosw who were able to order after 8pm est was the other round

Both my authorizations/pending on my PayPal account for 2 boxes are no longer showing and money is back in my account. Is this normal until the product ships?

All of my orders placed via CC fell off last night it looks like. My other purchases via debit are still pending.

Can't get the site or app to work for me.

Can't log into my account but still have the charges pending to my CC. I would just like confirmation whether my order is good to go or not. I don't want to pay on my CC and then get cancelled and have a $480 credit on my CC.

The site seems to be up but I can't sign in. I did notice that last week it said "sold out online" and it now says "not available".

If your order was not "confirmed" and you did not get a confirmation email then you do not have any boxes coming your way.

The charges will just sit in pending on you CC account and then just drop off when Panini officially cancels the order.

I got an order confirmation number with an email from Panini but my CC charges are still pending.

I had two orders confirmed with emails and one pending. My cc now shows no charges for any of them. Everything in the app is working except my order history.

The incompetency levels of this operation are mind-boggling

My 6 box order still shows pending in my Paypal transactions, however, my other 5 orders for 6 total boxes show payment canceled. Got confirmation emails on everything and all 12 boxes still showing in my order history.

So, not sure if i'm good for 6 or 12, lol

They SHOULD cancel all orders and then go back to the data and figure out which orders came first. It would take them weeks the way they work and then it wouldn't be FOTL.

I had 16 boxes charged, nothing to show on my credit card.

Can't get into site, but have e-mail confirms for 9 boxes.

Guess its just a waiting game now. Would love if they remedied the cancelled orders situation with maybe a box of normal prizm. However, at this point I just want my 9 boxes.
