Soooooo...I ordered 2 boxes at 1:43pm EST on release day and got an email with order #. They also deducted $240 from my account.....but now the money is back in my account

WTF is going on with this crap!?!?

I think the same thing happened to me with a few purchases. I'm guessing checkout is just an authorization.. but then ultimately charged right before it ships.

It is most likely a pre-authorization charge that showed up on your credit card. These charges will drop off - and you should be officially charged when the item(s) ship.

Pretty sure this is what's happening. I've ordered a bunch from Panini through the Direct platform and the charge goes away and comes back.

When do you guys think this will ship? With the Thanksgiving holiday it would probably need to ship Tuesday or Wednesday to get it delivered prior to the release date.
