I might get blasted for this, but I was never that impressed with the Mega 1/1. It looks almost exactly the same as a base Mega, except for the gold 1/1 stamp on the back. Still a beautiful card though, as are all Mega Refractors, and it seems like a good buy at the moment.

To me, the orange Mega /25 looks better than the 1/1.

These PSA holders are AWESOME! They are quite BULKY and present very well IMO.

i picked up a lot of 5 from ebay during one of the promotions, came out to about $10 per.

PSA sells them on their site @$5 per, but with shipping its still about $10 per (their shipping is high on them)

ive told them a couple of times now to bring them to the show to sell, as ive been telling a lot of folks about them. we'll see if they listen lol

You won’t get blasted. It’s your honest opinion. The black 1/1 isn’t very appealing or it wasn’t from the pictures. Also, I agree that the orange /25 mega is much nicer looking, but value wise I think the person who bought the 1/1 will be able to double up if they choose to eventually sell it.

I think orange looks better than red and superfractors. Unfortunately we don't get to pick the colors of the /5 and /1 so we live with it.

If Acuna has the HOF career everyone predicts hes going to have..............the Mega black 1/1 will still be one of the iconic Acuna cards to own for the Acuna crazed.

It does look just like the base mega refractor I agree.

But being it is still the 1/1 version of the mega, could be an iconic card one day.
