I’ll take a “contusion” over many other injuries. He even stayed in the game after getting hit.. they pulled him a few innings later. He should be fine.

Ok, so you are correct.

Between Cole going unsigned, the Yankees going from 25 to 29, the Angels going from 32 to 24 and 25.. that was confusing.

The baseball draft is weird. It's always changing. There used to be 60-something rounds. Then 50. Then 40. Last year there was only 5. This year it's 20. Even the way that the Angels got their 1st rounders that year via compensation has since been changed. Hell, they even had multiple drafts in the same year back in the day.

To be able to move around in the draft and trade players for picks would be awesome. The fans would love it.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. I know it didn't decide the outcome of the game like Conforto did but that seemed just as intentional if not more so. Odd as it (likely) would've been ball 4 and he had no elbow armor on, but man that replay looks damning.

On a brighter note, I been wanting this one for a while now.. and finally found one for a reasonable price:
