I think this is a good time for us to focus on our death piles, even if it’s just clearance auctions. I’m also running out of viable “new” stuff to even list.

That is what I am doing. I have been putting up items at just to move pricing. I may make a little but its mainly to ensure the income stream is not totally cut off. The way I see it if its in the death pile even if its a 100 dollar item getting 50 for it is better than it just sitting there.

My first thought is Jack Ham. The tournament is an amateur tournament, so you can probably eliminate pro golfers.

Just did a quick search of Ham autos. Doesn’t look like him. Good thought though.

Maybe Jay Haas.
The J looks close in some of his autos. Hats are tough sometimes.

I’ve been picking up stuff for my collection at great prices. Sitting on the rest until the world normalizes. Next week would have been the start of flea market season but that’s been postponed. Nearly everything else is closed.

Online. Sites are listing stuff below normal market just for the cashflow. Lots of stuff on message boards and facebook marketplace at good prices for once. Hell even ebay stuff that’s not priced lower is sitting depending on what you want. If I was rich some grail level pieces hit the market as a major collector liquidated his collection to pay bills.

I've been looking at Goodwills online store and it seems for the most part the workers know what the items are worth and everything is shipped FedEx I think and some of the shipping prices are estimated very high. Doesn't seem like very many deals to be had on there, but there are some.

The shipping has stopped me from buying a TON os items on there. A freakin T shirt with $14 shipping.

Sales have been surprisingly strong for me. Granted, I don’t have a ton of listings but stuff is selling that’s just been sitting there forever. Some stuff I e sold.

M1 Army helmet liner $40
Los Angeles map 1990 $5
Antique bible $10
502 jeans $12.50
Signed Norte Dame book $15
Polaroid film $20
Digital media player $15
Dutch oven lid $38

Paid $15for everything which includes $5 for the lid.

Sales have been ok at best, but can not go hunt for new items.

Fortunately, I am sitting on few thousand items I need to list.

I have sold 4 items in the past week where the buyer did not pay. Especially when you outbid someone for it. WTF?

Look at when their bids were actually placed. I am giving a little more leniency for non-payers have only had 2 so far but one was in New York and the past week was bad for them other was in Bay St Louis Mississippi which is about an hour from New Orleans. This is a time when life could definitely be getting in the way.

My significant enjoys the hunt as much as I do. Why bother posting if you are just going to bash those in the thread? Bored?

My sales have actually been kinda slow the past few weeks but I gotta get more stuff listed, I’ve been lazy. $6 PWE sports cards are flying off at a rate of 2-3 per day tho so that helps
