bauer is typically hockey.

I was thinking San Antonio Rampage but I cant find any matching logos

TwinGnats 02-03-2014 02:25 PM

I was on google for a while. I want to say I've even seen it before, but I'm not a hockey guy. Maybe a small college? I was searching "Bulls" but a team like Rampage wouldn't come up with that.
bauer is typically hockey.

maybe the Texas Brahmas?

North Iowa Bulls would make sense on the location, but the logo and colors are off.

So was this a good haul ? Not being a smart a$$, seriously asking. I want to get in to the whole thrift store thing but every time I go there I think Im just looking at junk instead of anything I could resell.

TwinGnats 02-03-2014 06:58 PM

I'm not real into shoes/cleats but they seem to be new or like new. Prob could get $25 a pair. Not sure about the bag but it looks 80s to me, had a twins one...wonder what happened to it. I would buy those actually. I would totally get them signed. Nice find!

Both the Manziel and MSU jacket are Large.
What size is the Manziel shirt & the MSU-Mankato jacket ?
The other thread inspired me to start doing it after seeing the cool stuff they were picking up. I've just learned to focus on certain types of things and learn that area (what sells, what doesn't) but at the same time be open to picking up one item that looks interesting for a couple bucks on spec. It's a great way to learn about new areas of collectibles an you've only risked a couple bucks.

I've also noticed that if I really like something, it usually sells fast.

Dammit. Too small for my big gut body :(

TwinGnats 02-03-2014 08:49 PM

I feel your pain, I want to wear half the stuff I pick up...maybe that's not such a bad thing.
Dammit. Too small for my big gut body :(
To answer your questions I've sold 4 pairs of the cleats for right around $200 kept 3 for myself and did get 1 pair signed...

Had an offer for $100 for the bag but it's not for sale...not bad for $39

TwinGnats 02-03-2014 09:34 PM

What was the deal with the bag?
To answer your questions I've sold 4 pairs of the cleats for right around $200 kept 3 for myself and did get 1 pair signed...

he had a thread posted awhile back about them. They all belonged to Billy butler of the KC Royals if i remember correctly. The Bag and all the cleats

touchdowntimekc 02-03-2014 10:00 PM

player travel bags rarely go up for auction especially of all star caliber players..if you look at completed auctions on ebay even lesser player bags sell really well

TwinGnats 02-03-2014 10:30 PM

that is a hell of a score.
he had a thread posted awhile back about them. They all belonged to Billy butler of the KC Royals if i remember correctly. The Bag and all the cleats
