It’s this generation’s Edsel. In years to come, however, the “futuristic” design will be rediscovered by nostalgic Gen Zers when cybertrucks are rusting and abandoned in yards across every backwater town surrounded by cracked jet skis, sun-bleached trampolines, and carcasses of riding mowers that haven’t run since the time two hands were all you needed to count how many kids Elon has.

Are they allowed to sell them?

Did anyone see that there was a recall on all of these because of the side panels falling off? Imagine driving aside of one of these and a door panel flies off.

I've had my MS Plaid almost 4 years. I would consider it best overall vehicle I've owned. The car continues to improve with each and every OTA update. The local golf club has 4-5 Cybertruck owners who daily drive them and each owner goes out their way to tell you the following. "It's the best vehicle they own" with all of them owning other vehicles costing 2-3x more. SO to each their own, buy what works best for you as a consumer. As with any brand you have lovers/haters and with any product it's far more informative to speak with actual owners of the brand for actual information.

Ah yes, the Cybertruck Retirement Squad roaring through the parking lot at 11 mph. Nothing like a 6,800-pound stainless steel flex-mobile to haul three golf bags, a golden retriever, and decades of questionable taste exactly 0.4 miles to the clubhouse.

Naturally, they insist it’s the best vehicle they own—right before climbing out in orthopedic loafers and gazing at it like they just discovered fire. It’s downright adorable watching a fleet of post-apocalyptic LEGO bricks being piloted by men who think TikTok is the sound their pacemaker makes and that matte black somehow screams classy.

Remember when discodanman45 used to brag about his Cybertruck?
Fun times.

Rumor has it there are exactly two EV techs in all of Fresno, both booked solid fixing door alignment issues and mysterious "clunking" sounds. Which explains DD’s extended disappearance. He’s probably in his garage right now—Tesla manual in one hand, multimeter in the other—trying to recalibrate the suspension with a YouTube video and unwavering faith that the cybertruck is still destined to redefine civilization as we know it.

The vast majority of Cyber owners I’ve seen in my area are 25-40 age and tech/ crypto types. Old people drive Lincoln and Cadillacs 👍
